Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the RateHop Safari Web Extension and companion app (together, “RateHop”). By downloading or using RateHop, you agree to these Terms.
What RateHop provides
RateHop helps you unlock maximum cashback when you shop in Safari by consulting a live rate registry, selecting among the cashback portals you enable, and redirecting you through the best available portal. RateHop does not invent cashback offers and does not guarantee that a portal will track or pay any particular purchase.
Your responsibilities
- You must have accounts with the cashback portals you enable and remain signed in where tracking requires it.
- Cashback eligibility, rates, and payment terms are set solely by each portal and retailer.
- Keep the RateHop companion app installed so the Safari extension remains available on Apple devices.
Subscriptions
RateHop Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple. New installs include a 7-day freemium trial with full Pro features and no subscription required to start; after the trial, subscribe in the app to continue. Pricing, renewals, and cancellations for paid Pro are managed in your Apple ID subscription settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

RateHop is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted service, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for missed cashback, portal outages, tracking failures, or retailer decisions.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how RateHop handles data.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
